E. Broox Randall & Sons, Inc. (now called RANDALL) was founded in 1922. The company’s
original insurance products were automobile insurance coverage and roadside emergency
services in association with the Randall Motor Club in the early 1920’s. By the 1930’s the firm had
grown into one of the largest businesses of its kind in Southern California.
In 1983, Richard M. Bryant joined the firm and spearheaded efforts to expand the company’s
elite Personal and Business clients.
In 1988, Mr. Bryant along with four other company executives purchased the company outright.
By 1989, Mr. Bryant had acquired all of the agency’s stock and became the sole owner. In 2008,
Mr. Bryant re-branded the company and shortened the name. The sleek new look, modern nomenclature and added technology signify a robustly competitive expansion plan. |
